Will take this patch in once HBASE-7319 gets in. So combining all this with
HBASE-10801 should ensure that we speed up the reads with DBEs. Also before
doing that would ensure that we don't convert the Cell to KV any where in the
StoreFile layer. Ideally its better we convert to Kv only in the HRegion
layer, so that we get the max performance gain.
