A BR impl backed by BB will be another class where the putLong() will be
different and same byte representation as in BB. Infact we can call
BB.putLong(long). so getLong() can use BB.getLong(). So my point is in a
byte[] backed current BR impl, we can use HBase Bytes util for the byte[]
convertion. Am I missing any thing?
