[~enis] does that intersect with HBASE-11059? In sense - introduce a notion of
generic system table (or extended meta tables) to keep this kind of metadata?
What do you think if I open a subtask in HBASE-10909 called like (rework
ZKTable to TableState interface and ZkTableState impl) and link it to this one
- does that sound a right approach to you? Or, do you think ZKTableState
doesn't really make sense and should be just removed eventually?
