Thanks for your comment [~ndimiduk]. PerfEval seems worked with this patch dut
to intra-project dependencies. I think TestFromClientSide should be left in
hbase-server because it refers to modules in hbase-server and hbase-client.
hbase-server depends on hbase-common (and hbase-client) but not vice versa.
