[~misty] Please regenerate your patch after updating your checkout. The patch
has gone stale and no longer applies. Perhaps add emphasis to this note of
yours "This file is fallback content. If you are seeing this, something is
wrong with the build of the HBase documentation or you are doing pre-build
verification."? Good stuff.
