Can you rebase and remake the patch [~misty] It doesn't apply as is.
This kind of operational doc probably belongs best yeah in the refguide. The
javadoc package-info was built up before the refguide was around and so we just
kept on. I can change the javadoc to point back into the refguide as the
authoritative source.
