I can not recreate the SVN format as we are now on GIT. When I try to submit
the patch via the review web site selecting hbase-git, I get no errors, but no
changes is displayed.
I have attached my latest patch here HBASE-10336-after-first-review.patch (may
be you can double check what's happening with https://reviews.apache.org)
