A few comments -
import org.apache.hadoop.hbase.io.hfile.bucket.BucketCache; - seems unused
import in DoubleBlockCache?
Do you think we need to add deprecated javadoc notes to SingleSizeCache, Slab
and SlabItemActionWatcher classes, and they're annotated so?
Looks good to me.
