ZKProcedureCoordinatorRpcs receives a nodeCreated() event on
/hbase/flush-table-proc/reached/cluster_test and when we check
isReachedPathNode() we don't verify if the node is the "member" or the root. so
the warn is caused by the "root" creation event.
