[~mbertozzi] Thanks, the things in the bullets are how it works? That was what 
I was trying to work out. Can you tell me if Write imp;lies Read, or if it is 
possible (or even desirable) to grant a user write but not read?

I'm actually not sure that this ACL Matrix is even that helpful. It seems like 
it might be easier to explain it in just those few bullet points. I didn't find 
many of the requirements surprising.
