Fixed errors and issues brought up in feedback, expanded the scope of the edits
to the prerequisites section of the Configuration chapter, up to the Hadoop
section. I stopped editing before the Hadoop support matrix, because I don't
want the scope of this JIRA to creep too much. Standby for a fresh PDF which
will hopefully not have the odd formatting issues of the first one.
