All looked good up to the legacy section. I had a few edits. See below. The
reload is not documented in the earlier section and I think it should be
(reload and graceful are what folks should do in the usual case; doc should
encourage this). The untar release before doing restart should also exist in
earlier section not just in legacy. The thrift server suggestion too from
legacy should be moved up. Else it is great.
