Summary: Spread metrics between different prefixes.

Currently metrics are generated all in to one prefix, in oppose to Yarn/Hadoop,
which put their metrics into distinct per-daemon prefixes.
Additionally it will be good to place table region metrics into its own prefix.
Currently, having 5k regions, ganglia stormed with 80k distinct metrics. Thats
drives it mad.
Also it is good idea to have aggregated metrics for regions separately (for
overview metrics).
