Tangentially related: should mapred\{,uce\}.
TableSnapshotInputFormat.TableSnapshotRegionSplit should be public? I guess
consumers will need to make instances in order to deserialize Writable
instances. Is that right? I'm butting up against this in HIVE-6584 and it's not
clear to me if it's our code or Hive's use of our code that's incorrect ;)
