bq. How much warmup do you find helps? 1k? 100k? Is this warming up the client
or the region servers (or can you tell?)
for a 1m rows run, I exclude the first 200K. But you can do differently :-)
It's more interesting for the client, as you can warmup the server by running
the client multiple times
