Thanks [~jdcryans]. I fixed up the trademark thing and removed the FAQ. I
changed the markup of the procedure to a couple of orderedlists. I reorganized
some of the other sub-sections into <section>s for easy linking later, even
though I don't like to see sections nested so deep. I did not add any xml:ids
because they are a pain to maintain so you should add them as needed. Just add
an ID as you need to link to it.
