Lars,
No worries, I think back porting to 0.94 is not as easy as I thought. I don't
think I'll have enough free time soon to get anywhere close so the 11360 patch
will definitely help. I'll also submit a patch for the parallelize snapshot
operations for 0.94. Quite a few utility classes and methods used in the
manifest code do not exist in 0.94.
I think merging HBASE-11360 is still a good move :)
