[~louis.hust], if there's also an error in the calculation of splitCount it's
probably best to open that as a new ticket. A good indicator that it isn't
directly related to the divide by zero is that if I apply your v3 patch and
then run the test from my v2 patch (without the guard change) then the test
still fails.
