Why does client need to provide clusterid authenticating? The cluster knows
its clusterid. The client is specifying the cluster it wants to connect too
when it choses a zk ensemble. I suppose the client could provide it as part of
its connection string but seems like a pain to users having to specify cryptic
string in local config for the client to volunteer on connection setup.
