The above V2 to V3 change is in how Data Blocks store cells, correct?
We don't have any description of Data Blocks currently. How about I document
the change in a section on v3 and just refer people to [Lars' HBase storage 101
blog post on the V1 version of data
blocks|http://www.larsgeorge.com/2009/10/hbase-architecture-101-storage.html]?
Then if we expand the overall HFile documentation later we can update it to
point internally.
