* Did some restructuring of sections
* Added section for common patch feedback (based on my own experiences in a
recent patch).
** I ran these past Todd & JD at this week's hackathon.
* mentioning ReviewBoard in patch submission process
** this didn't appear anywhere before. I still need to add more on tips on
using it, but this is a start.
