After this patch will there be a change in the way the filter gets called?
Because in current patch based on TTL some of the cells would be skipped before
even calling the filters and previously the columns.checkVersions() was
happening after filters. I cannot remember the JIRA now, but there were some
cases where users used filters with multi versions and the general doubt they
had was whether the versions check happen first or the filter gets applied.
