What would it take to make a Cell implementation with a mutable sequenceid
Interface? If bulk loaded file and mutable sequenceid interface, rather than
create new instance, just call setSequenceId?
Otherwise, if new Cell for bulk loaded files only, it wouldn't be bad... but
then was thinking of a few scenarios where cluster is only bulk-loaded
files.... of which we have a good few.... and some largish.
