A recent patch added Thrift filter information to the Arch/Client section in
the book.
I am creating a new chapter "external apis" with a new file to present this
information (non-Java, REST, Thrift, etc.), and I'm moving that filter info out
of book.xml
This new page has pointers to the HBase wiki in several places (except for the
Thrift filter info), but at least it's a starting place.
