Attachment: hbase-11826_v3.patch
Attaching v3 patch which removes deprecated methods from the Admin interface as
per above.
A lof of changes due to this in test code resulting a 200K patch, but all
changes are mechanical.
Will commit this version unless objection and if hadoopqa passes.
