I need to do a rebase tomorrow morning. I have a script to do it. Sorry for the
delay. To add a bit more clarity, Apache and anyone can do things the way they
have, nothing should change. But if users are willing to throw more build
resources at the problem they can get builds to run in an order of magnitude
faster. Docker is just an optimization.
