Enis Soztutar commented on HBASE-11932:
---------------------------------------
bq. Stack is the one who told me to put 0.99.1. Can you explain it to me
No worries. I was in the process of "cutting" the release candidate for 0.99.0
yesterday, but it got blocked due to some reason. I am now cutting another
candidate for 0.99.0 which will include this patch, that is why I changed the
fixVersion back to 0.99.0. The release manager (in this case myself) is
responsible for these, so you do not have to worry there. It would be
sufficient to set the fixVersion to the first unreleased version from the
branch on regular cases. For example, in this case, all jiras committed to 0.99
branch will have 0.99.1 until a release candidate is cut. After that, all jiras
will be marked with 0.99.2, etc.
