bq. compilation fails
[~octo47], the patch is for 0.98. Work on branch-1 and trunk is WIP.
bq. #addToServerHoldings publish incomplete values to CHM.
#removeFromReplicaMapping do that too, but didn't see why
defaultReplicaToOtherReplicas became CHM (it doesn't accessed concurrently).
As both this methods are in branch-1/master, will keep in mind when working on
those branch.
