The [current docs on filters|http://hbase.apache.org/book.html#client.filter]
glosses over the need for custom implementations to [generate a protobuf
version of their internal represenation|http://search-hadoop.com/m/DHED4xWh622].
We should expand it to walk through defining a filter and building it using
protoc. It would be nice to also include an example that doesn't need any
custom information.
