I have .tableinfo for my user tables, but not for -ROOT- or .META. The same is
true, though, of a fresh trunk cluster I started later, so I don't think that's
the issue.
It's worth noting that I did the upgrade following an unclean shutdown of 0.90,
if that helps your attempts to understand.
