[~echarles] Yeah, parent issue is about fixing the failed compile of h3. I was
hoping to commit this issue because it removes an unused file, fixes a wrong
reference to httpserver, moves us to ordained way of calling FS sync, and just
generally moves the h3 project further along. What you think boss?
