bq.Any perf advantage making this change that you can see?
Not direct now itself. This change needed for HBASE-11870 so we can avoid need
for KV full recreate and copy of whole key and value for adding tags. That
change will help write perf in case of per cell ACL/visibility labels. Also
during distributed log replay.
