Yes
HFileWriterV2/V3#append(final Cell cell) can take any form of cell either KV
or non KV and serialize. This serialize the cell into KV format while write
to HFile blocks.
append(final byte[] key, final byte[] value) -> Expects the key to be in
KeyValue key format now.
