Patch that does cleanup in HFile.Writer only. Removes being able to pass in
append with key and value individually specified since it expects client to do
the serialization... a job that DBE should be doing. Fix the parent issue test
in here too though its a hack until we do HFile.Reader-side. HFile.Reader will
be a different issue. It leaks the old-school KV serialization everywhere.
