The Bloom Filter chapter was "out there" by itself.
1) Moved the Bloom CF config information into the Schema Design chapter (where
the rest of the table and CF config information exists).
2) Moved the Bloom RS config information to the Configuration chapter (again,
where the rest of the RS config info exists.
3) Moved the "Bloom StoreFile footprint" part under Arch/RegionServer.
With links between the sections, etc.
