Because of the reason, "One diff is the seqId stamping is needed both in write
and read paths while the ts stamping is needed only during writes", I am more
in favor of a new Interface. The attached patch is in that way.
I am ok to move to single interface so that things looks simpler and easy to
read. Can some one suggest a name for such an interface pls? (with setters for
seqId, timestamp)
