This <command>git pull</command> should be <command>git pull --rebase</command>
to update the branch you are to cherry-pick against
Yeah, this is a [~busbey] one or to put it another way, it does not agree with
his patch describing how devs should apply contribs (git apply....). The two
suggestions should align I'd say.
