update_rs_config without options seemed a little less intuitive for first time
users. Most of the time, I enter the command without options to see help in
shell. I felt people would do something like that and accidentally end up
running the command. Shrinking it to 1 command was the first thought that came
to my mind. I can make that change if that feels more natural/goes well with
the flow. ServerName doesn't make so much sense here because the start code
isn't something thats necessary for the command to be executed. Hence the
thought. Giving ServerName would be a trivial change. And hbase-site.xml was my
bad. I was testing on a local instance and that crept in, I didn't notice :(
