Updating the patch after cleaning it up as per [~stack]'s comments. [~stack], I
think the server name with 0 as server code worked in my local tests. But, I am
not sure whether it would work. I anyway feel that it would we coherent with
the rest of the functions if it was servername. I am making that change here.
