The client changes look ok.

The new coprocessor hooks look good to me. These will have to be applied in 
branch-1 and master too for consistency, assuming that is not a problem, ping 
[~enis]. 

The refactoring changes to CreateTableHandler and DeleteTableHandler seem 
extraneous to the issue at hand and make me nervous. I'm assuming these changes 
came in when porting the patch that introduced TruncateTableHandler on master 
but rather than port the wider set of changes to 0.98 can we port 
TruncateTableHandler to what exists already in 0.98?
