[~d.yuan] kindly implemented the 'Aspirator' static analysis as a custom
error-prone version based on 1.1.2, containing three new bugcheckers, and
pushed this to: https://github.com/diy1/error-prone-aspirator
The original error-prone source distribution was released by Google under the
ASL 2.0 (https://code.google.com/p/error-prone/) The custom distribution
mentioned above carries it forward

Any concerns with importing this wholesale into an HBase build support module?
