I'm not really up on what is going on in here. Patch looks good though. What
is the benefit? HBASE-11564 published some numbers. Any for this change?

.. I don't think it got a response. When I see the new CancellableCallable
interface with startCancel, makes me ask it again.
Anymore on the concern raised on tail of HBASE-11564 by [~enis]?
