As an example, when running {{mvn test -P runLargeTests}}, the hbase-server
module respects the profile and limits tests to large, but tests from many
other modules (e.g. hbase-common, hbase-prefix-tree) continue to run regardless
of their annotation. I'll post a spreadsheet of discrepancies once my runs get
finished.
