------------------------------------
Thanks for your concern [~apurtell]. I thinks the API is valuable for
transaction implementations. This will help Themis to improve its interface and
make users apply hbase transaction in a standard way. Although there are some
details need be discussed and polished, I think we can create a patch based on
the proposal and above comments if the core abstraction is feasible, and this
will help to make the details more clear and easy to discuss. The core
abstraction is feasible for Themis, I can create a draft patch based on v5.0
and above comments if this will help, and then we can have more discussion and
continue to polish the API. How do you think about this? [~apurtell]

> HBase transaction management today is provided by a number of products, each
> implementing a different API, each having different strengths. The lack of a
> common API for transactional interfaces means that applications need to be
> coded to work with a specific Transaction Manager. This proposal outlines an
> API which, if implemented by the different Transaction Manager vendors would
> provide stability and choice to HBase application developers.
