First cut.
Use ConnectionFactory instead of ConnectionManager. There is some overlap
between this patch and that of HBASE-12404.
This fixes all under hbase-*/src/main/java. Does not do tests. Figure can do
that in next round.
No calls to delete anymore. Probably leaking a Connection or two. Lets see
what HadoopQA says.
Any chance of a review.
