Address @ndimiduk and @enis review comments (thanks lads)
Did some of the tests changing them from being managed to not being managed
HTable and HBaseAdmins but this is a thankless job with no end so gave up on
it. The core is done and some tests. That should be good for 1.0. Will change
the refguide in another issue.
