Can we expand
o.a.h.h.regionserver.wal.TestLogRolling#testLogRollOnDatanodeDeath to include
checking for this metric? Right now it relies on breaking the API so it can
parse timestamps out of file names (which also then relies on our clocks not
being super terrible).
