Should we open new issues or subtask to add in the wait on explicit change in
acl? Thanks [~ram_krish] I suppose no hurry unless needed at runtime -- if
this silly sleep does the job for tests. A lag is to be expected but can you
think of circumstances (other than tests) where the lag is going to mess us up?
