Release Note: When regionserver aborts, we dump subset of metrics into the
log (We used to do this too pre-0.96 but was lost when we refactored metrics)

Committed to branch-1+ Can't do this in 0.98 because relies on JMXJsonServlet
which is in hadoop in 0.98 (we pull httpserver into hbase from hadoop in
branch-1+)
