However, it is true we are keeping the latest release and also one version back
in dist/. I suppose you can make the argument that we don't need to keep that
one version back in dist/, we could point users at the archives. I don't have a
personal opinion one way or the other on that, as RM for 0.98 I'm conforming to
the evident consensus practice.

making all 0.94 artifacts unavailable. We actively support our 0.94 line and
